• scrum master, led weekly stand up meeting using Notion
• backend engineer, used Springboot and PostgreSQL with PostGIS extention for proximity database
• front-end engineer, used raw html & css for the landing page

As the Scrum Master, I led the team through critical architectural pivots and debugging phases, ensuring that despite mid-sprint roadblocks, we maintained a consistent velocity and delivered a high-quality, functional MVP.
